Large round yellow with scarlet stripes.  Flesh is very  firm, sweet and crisp.  This apple is a cross between Jonathan and Golden Delicious. Beautiful apple with a rich, sweet, spicy and aromatic flavor.  Great for eating & makes a tremendous apple sauce.  Good for drying & keeps well. Consistent winner in fruit taste tests.
